The homeowners associations of Haverford at Schaumburg

Administration and maintenance of the Haverford community is done by a master association and 3 homeowner sub-associations. Each association was established under the Illinois General Not-for-Profit Corporation Act. HAVERFORD MASTER ASSOCIATION responsibilites include the common areas at the Corporate Crossing entranceway, center island and guest parking spaces, the pond, and exercise trail. HAVERFORD COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION serves the 96 townhome units of Haverford Colony. These units are distinguished by their double-car garages. HAVERFORD COUNTRY HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION serves the 44 townhome units of Haverford Country Homes. These units are distinguished by their single-car garages. HAVERFORD VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION serves the 32 single-family homes of Haverford Village. There are a total of 172 residence units in Haverford. This map shows Association areas. There is an online Haverford Community Bulletin Board. All members of the Haverford community are encouraged to register and communicate.
