New News:
2018 saw the end of a 3-year Chimney repair project.  The project cost approx. $300,000 and should ensure no further chimney repairs are necessary for forseeable future.

Annual Gutter Cleaning, Fall, 2018
As Always:

Pet owners, please be courteous to your neighbors and pick up after your dog, especially on public ways next to homes.  Thank you.

Snow Removal:
Plowing/shoveling is done after 2 or more inches of snow.
The contract does not include spreading salt on sidewalks or driveways for ice.  Therefore, we recommend that you spread calcium chloride de-icer (non-salt) to prevent damage to driveways.
