New News:
2018 saw the end of a 3-year chimney repair project.  The project cost approximately  $300,000 and should ensure no further chimney repairs are necessary for the foreseeable future.

Retaining Walls:
Colony has spent significant funds reworking retaining walls.  Specifically, the retaining walls at Stonefield Ct and [insert more stuff].

Proposed 2019 Budget:
The Board is working on a proposed 2019 Budget, which will be posted here by the end of September.
The proposed budget will be approved at the Nov. 15 meeting and will become final at that time.

As Always:

Pet owners, please be courteous to your neighbors and pick up after your dog, especially on public ways next to homes.  Thank you.

Snow Removal:
Plowing/shoveling is done after 2 or more inches of snow.
The contract does not include spreading salt on sidewalks or driveways for ice.  Therefore, we recommend that you spread calcium chloride de-icer (non-salt) to prevent damage to driveways.
