New News:

 Reserve Study:
The Board commissioned a Reserve Study from Waldman to determine if the association's current reserves are adequate to meet future expenses.  We are waiting for the results.

Retaining Walls:
Colony has spent significant funds reworking retaining walls.  Specifically, the retaining walls at 291-299 Stonefield Ct. for $24,800 and 228 Park Trail for $15,000.

Annual Gutter Cleaning, Fall, 2018 - Complete

Final 2019 Budget:
The Board approved the proposed 2019 Budget at the Nov. 15 meeting.

Snow Removal:
Plowing/shoveling is done after 2 or more inches of snow.
The contract does not include spreading salt on sidewalks or driveways for ice.  Therefore, we recommend that you spread calcium chloride de-icer (non-salt) to prevent damage to driveways.
