New News:

Reserve Study:
The Board commissioned a Reserve Study from Reserve Advisors to determine if the association's current reserves are adequate to meet future expenses.

The Drainage project to alleviate flooding in the area between Cobblestone and Steeplechase was completed.  A new drainage pipe canal was laid, and rear unit downspouts were then connected to the main line, to direct water away and reduce the flood area.

Snow Removal: (by Creekside)
Plowing/shoveling is done after 2 or more inches of snow.
The contract does not include spreading salt on sidewalks or driveways for ice.  Therefore, we recommend that you spread calcium chloride de-icer (non-salt) to prevent damage to driveways.
