New News: 
Gutters will finally be cleaned.  Tentatively scheduled for July 17th.

Weather has been exceptionally hot and dry.  If you have access to a hose and have new tree or shrub plantings near your home, please help by watering.  No more than once a week for trees a slow trickle for 20 minutes, shrubs 3 minutes.  Helping preserve the landscaping, helps keep association fees down and home values up.

As Always:
Light bulbs on Garages and front doors will be replaced annually.  If you would like to replace bulbs yourself, please use soft warm white bulbs so that the lighting matches throughout the complex.  Otherwise, they will be replaced on annual inspections.

Pet owners, please be courteous to your neighbors and pick up after your dog, especially on public ways next to homes.  Thank you.
